My walking distance is quite low, but the main cause is that Google is not well enough informed about the restaurants and stores in the area. The only thing that is not really walking distance is the cinema (that got a good score because of the theatre in the park) and the supermarket (but I go by car for big shops, anyway). For the rest, this area is ver walkable
