It’s all about the title
Titles and short introductions can seriously influence the reader on some article (whether that’s a blog entry of another article). On brusselnieuws, I read the following title:
Only 33% of diplomats pay their traffic fines.
At the end of the article, a little other fact is mentioned: the average of non-diplomats who don’t pay their fine is 80%. So this obviously means that only 20% of non-diplomats pay their fines. I would have started reading with a different mindset, had the article gotten the title:
Diplomats pay fines more than Belgians
